Do I purchase the property along with the land?

At MarinaParken you can buy the recreational homes including land so you can become full owner of the home plus lot. It is not obligatory to buy the summerhouse including the ground. If you do not wish to buy the land it is possible to rent the plot from us.

What tax issues are involved?
