    Own use

    The home is always at your disposal, so you can enjoy your own space whenever you like.

    Own use and rental

    Here, you can both use the property yourself (as often as you like) and make it available for rental, which we will arrange for you from start to finish.

    Full rental

    For long-term rentals, you can choose between an open-ended projection or a fixed guaranteed net return.
