Tiny House for two - By the water

This cozy Tiny House for two is uniquely situated on the tip of a headland, right by the water. A special place to enjoy the surroundings in peace and quiet.

The Tiny House has a stylishly decorated and comfortable living room with a modern sofa, an armchair, a cozy coffee table and a dining area for two. A flat-screen TV is available for extra relaxation.

The modern, compact kitchen is fully equipped, including a hob, fridge freezer, kettle and Nespresso machine. The bathroom, located on the ground floor, has a shower, sink and toilet.

A staircase leads to the sleeping loft, where you will find a cozy place to sleep with a comfortable double bed. Please note that the height in this area is limited and you will not be able to stand up fully in all areas.

Our exclusive, detached vacation villas are located in a new vacation park on the Loosdrechtse Plassen. The park is located in a unique location and is constructed on an exclusive and small scale. Each villa has its own berth and a unique view of the water. The luxurious villa offers a lot of privacy, a high comfort level, and will be build on a spacious lot. All ingredients for ultimate enjoyment in one of the most beautiful places in The Netherlands.

Pure luxury
The villas provide a very spacious feeling due to the high ceilings and large, glass windows. A view of the water and lots of light is therefore guaranteed. In the villa itself you will find a modern, spacious living room, furnished with exclusive but comfortable furniture, a dining area and a flat screen TV. A perfect place if you want to enjoy a delicious meal together, play a board game or simply watch a movie. In the modern kitchen you will find everything you need to show your culinary arts, including a combination refrigerator and freezer, a stove with built–in extractor fan, combination microwave, dishwasher, water boiler and coffee machine.

The last available villa has two bedrooms, both with 2 single box springs and a flat screen TV in each room. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage options. The 2 luxurious, spacious bathrooms in the bedrooms have a double sink, rain shower and toilet. From the living room you have access to your own yard with terras and patio fireplace where an outbuilding of 12 m2 or a shed can be placed.

Our luxury vacation villa, Villa Nautica, standard comes as a villa for 4 people with two bedrooms and a bathroom in each bedroom. Solar panels and air conditioning are optional.

Villa Maritiem 6 persons - By the water

This 6 persons ground-floor villa is in a unique location by the water, and therefore has a phenomenal view. The villas create a spacious feeling through the high ceilings and large glass windows. Inside the villa you'll find a modern living area with sofa, armchairs, a dining area for 6 persons, and a flat screen TV. A great living area where you casn enjoy each other's company. The modern kitchen has a refrigerator-freezer combination, a cooking hob with a built-in extractor, a microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and inventory for 6 persons.

The villa has 3 bedrooms:
 bedroom 1: 2 x single box spring, separated by a nightstand, TV, and storage space
 bedroom 2: 1 x double box spring with storage space and TV
 bedroom 3: 1 x bunk bed (we advice a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children)
 To improve your sleep comfort on warm days, you can add mobile air conditioning to your booking for your stay.

The luxurious, spacious bathroom features a rain shower, sink, and toilet. 

Villa Meerzicht - 4 persons

Recreate in a triple A location. Our exclusive, detached recreation villas will be developed at MarinaPark Beach Resort Soal. The vacation park is located on the beautiful IJsselmeer, near the attractive town of Workum in Friesland, where tranquility, nature and water sports come together.

The sustainable, luxury recreation villas offer lots of privacy, a high comfort level and will be placed in phases on a spacious private plot of approximately 280-350 sqm. All the ingredients for ultimate enjoyment in one of the most special places in the Netherlands.

Our luxurious, comfortable and detached recreation villas for 4 persons give a spacious feeling, because they are equipped with high windows. The future-proof recreation villas are completely electric and therefore completely gas-free. Furthermore, they are equipped with solar panels, heat pump and an indoor storage room. The recreational homes are built in accordance with the building code.

Comfortably and luxuriously furnished
The recreation house has a spacious living room luxuriously furnished with TV, dining room and kitchen. The luxury kitchen is equipped with an induction hob with built-in extractor fan, combi-oven and dishwasher. Two bedrooms have 2 x single box-spring beds, a TV and ample storage space. The 2 luxurious, spacious ensuite bathrooms have a sink and a walk-in rain shower. The house has a separate toilet. If desired, the recreational homes can be delivered fully furnished. During the purchase process it is possible to configure the house completely to your wishes in cooperation with the builder. Think, for example, of a roof terrace or air conditioning. This house will be build in 2027.
