The properties can be purchased with a freehold plot or a leasehold plot and are suitable for owner-occupation, full letting (with the potential for a guaranteed return) or a combination of both.

If you opt for full letting, we take care of everything for you from start to finish. This means you don’t have to worry about a thing and are completely taken care of. The result is an attractive investment with plenty of scope for you to enjoy the property yourself. A guaranteed net return over a longer period is also possible.

Personal use

The home is always at your disposal, so you can enjoy your own space whenever you like.

Own use and letting

Here, you can both use the property yourself (as often as you like) and make it available for rental, which we will arrange for you.

Full-let property

For long-term rentals, you can choose between an open-ended projection or a fixed guaranteed net return.
