Our exclusive, detached vacation villas are located in a new vacation park on the Loosdrechtse Plassen. The park is located in a unique location and is constructed on an exclusive and small scale. Each villa has its own berth and a unique view of the water. The luxurious villa offers a lot of privacy, a high comfort level, and will be build on a spacious lot. All ingredients for ultimate enjoyment in one of the most beautiful places in The Netherlands.

Pure luxury
The villas provide a very spacious feeling due to the high ceilings and large, glass windows. A view of the water and lots of light is therefore guaranteed. In the villa itself you will find a modern, spacious living room, furnished with exclusive but comfortable furniture, a dining area and a flat screen TV. A perfect place if you want to enjoy a delicious meal together, play a board game or simply watch a movie. In the modern kitchen you will find everything you need to show your culinary arts, including a combination refrigerator and freezer, a stove with built–in extractor fan, combination microwave, dishwasher, water boiler and coffee machine.

The last available villa has two bedrooms, both with 2 single box springs and a flat screen TV in each room. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage options. The 2 luxurious, spacious bathrooms in the bedrooms have a double sink, rain shower and toilet. From the living room you have access to your own yard with terras and patio fireplace where an outbuilding of 12 m2 or a shed can be placed.

Our luxury vacation villa, Villa Nautica, standard comes as a villa for 4 people with two bedrooms and a bathroom in each bedroom. Solar panels and air conditioning are optional.
