Construction Update Beach Resort Soal – October 2026

The construction work at Beach Resort Soal is progressing according to plan. In week 43, further important steps were taken in the development of the park, as you can see in the videos and photos below.

This week, five homes from Wanders Prefab Bouw were installed. In addition, the demolition of the existing sanitary building has been completed. Versteeg has also started the preparatory work required to install the new toilet building on the sports field.

Meanwhile, contractor Versteeg is working daily to prepare the individual plots, ensuring they are ready for the chalets to be installed in the correct locations.

There is still plenty to look forward to in the coming months. A further 21 homes are expected to be installed by the end of the year. Step by step, Beach Resort Soal is taking shape!

Construction Update Residentie Bloemendaal – October 2026

Construction work at Residentie Bloemendaal is also in full swing. The coming weeks will see further exciting progress in the development of the project.

On Saturday, 31 October, the plots were marked out. On Monday, 2 November, infrastructure contractor Van Woudenbergh started work on the park's infrastructure. In weeks 45 and 46, contractor Versteeg will begin the preparatory work on the individual plots. This involves getting the plots ready so that the chalets can be positioned in the right locations.

From 12 to 20 November, Lambalgen Speciaal Transport will be on site to install no fewer than nine chalets. Once the chalets have been installed, Alfing Projects will begin furnishing the homes. The aim is to have the homes ready for delivery to their future owners before Christmas.

Step by step, the development of this beautiful holiday park among the dunes is becoming a reality!
