When you purchase a holiday accommodation at MarinaParken, you will get to choose from three options:
MarinaParken offers the perfect base when you want to buy a vacation rental for your own use at a holiday park. Permanent occupancy is not allowed.
With this option, you can not only use the vacation rental yourself, but rent it out as well. For this option, the return depends on the rental income.
You will be making the recreational home available for letting completely, so you cannot use it yourself. It is possible to receive a fixed net return for an extended period of time.
When you purchase a holiday accommodation to partly or fully rent it out, you will be in good hands at MarinaParken. Our professional rental organization takes care of the entire process of renting out your accommodation for you. This allows you to invest free of worries and profit from the fixed net yield (in case of renting it out fully). We can also advise and support you with fiscal aspects.
