Private use - MarinaParken offers the perfect base camp in case you want to buy a holiday accommodation at a holiday park for private use. Permanent habitation is not allowed.
Private us and rental purposes - With this option, you will not only get to use the holiday accommodation yourself, you can also rent it out. The yield for this option depends on the rental revenues.
Full rental services - You make the holiday accommodation fully available for rent, meaning you do not get to use it yourself. it is possible to receive a fixed net yield for a longer period of time.
