Construction Update Beach Resort Soal – October 2026

Construction work at MarinaPark Beach Resort Soal is progressing well. Week 43 has seen further important steps in the ongoing development of the park.

This week, five homes supplied by Wanders were installed. In addition, the demolition of the existing sanitary building has now been completed. Versteeg has also started the preparatory work required to install the new toilet building on the sports field.

Meanwhile, Versteeg is working daily to prepare the individual plots, ensuring they are ready for the placement of the chalets.

There is still plenty to look forward to in the coming months. A further 21 homes are scheduled to be installed by the end of the year. Step by step, Beach Resort Soal is taking shape!
