Our luxurious, attractive and detached holiday villas for 4 people feature a unique view of the water and/or one of the marinas. There are just a view villa's left. The price of the villa's is € 179.500,- excluding VAT and plot. The plot is for sale or rent. 

The luxurious villa offers privacy, a high level of comfort, and a spacious hardwood outdoor terrace. In short, they have everything you need for pure enjoyment right on the water.

Pure enjoyment
The villas give a very spacious feeling due to the high ceilings and large glass windows. A view of the water and lots of natural light is therefore guaranteed. In the villa itself, you will find a modern, spacious living room, furnished with a stylish sofa, comfortable armchairs, a dining area for 4 people, and a flat screen TV. A perfect place when you want to enjoy a delicious meal together, play a board game, or simply watch a movie. In the modern kitchen you will find everything you need to show your culinary skills, including a fridge-freezer, a hob with a built-in extractor, a combination microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Our villas have two bedrooms, both with 2 single box springs and a flat screen TV. Both bedrooms are equipped with ample storage space. Upon arrival we have the beds made for you. The luxurious, spacious bathroom has a double sink, a rain shower, and a toilet. From the living room you have access to the beautifully landscaped hardwood terrace and adjoining lawn. Here you will find a comfortable dining table for 4 people and a parasol. And if you have your own boat, you can walk to the marina and directly sail on the Nederrijn river. Our villas are non-smoking, are equipped with WiFi.
