Villa Maritiem is a luxurious, charming, and detached vacation home for 4 people, situated in a beautiful waterfront location with views of the water and/or one of the marinas. The combination of plenty of privacy, a high level of comfort, and a spacious hardwood outdoor terrace makes this the ideal place to fully enjoy the outdoors.

There is currently one Villa Maritiem still available that can be built from the ground up. The home will be constructed by a Dutch builder, is scheduled for completion in 2027, and can be customized to your preferences within the available options.

The home is available starting at €179,500, excluding VAT and the plot. The plot can be purchased or leased, as desired.

The spacious bathroom has a luxurious feel and is fully equipped with a double sink, rain shower, and toilet. 

From the living room, you step directly onto the spacious hardwood outdoor patio and the adjacent lawn. The patio offers plenty of space for outdoor dining, relaxing, and enjoying the surroundings. The outdoor area is furnished with a comfortable garden table, four chairs, and a parasol. The property is smoke-free and also features Wi-Fi and a practical indoor storage room.
